The comfortable neck thing is totally right. Allows for more time. Also, allow more time that usual for just kissing and cuddling. After a lot of years of marriage we had slipped into a pattern. We now make out like high school students.

I have looked into this because on several occasions my wife would jump out of bed thinking she was going to pee during sex. It always happed right before she would climax and she was really into it. The only problem is that she could never pee when she got to the bathroom. Even sitting there for 5-10 mins she might get a couple of tablespoons out by the sound. Nothing compared to the urgency of the rush to the toilet. I think my wife could if she would let herself go with the sensation. It has been a few years since the last time. Even after talking about it, I believe she is actively working on avoiding that sensation.

There are those where it seems to be gallons of fluid, most likely urine spraying everywhere.
If it is a small amount then most likely from the glands like most people agree on.

I have also talked with a few guys that had girlfriends that absolutely gushed from the vaginal canal. One that would soak the bedding every time they were together. This was not coming from the urethra, just an excessive amount of discharge during sex.
