So I and my husband had a Dday of our own (not infidelity related)
But betrayal nonetheless, is there anything I can do to get rid of the bottomless feeling in my stomach
and hopefully stave off the return on the paralyzing anxiety attacks I had 3 yrs ago.

How can I gain that trust back, that sense of peace?
Is it time? Cause if it is I may have a stroke or heart attack before then.

Details is that hurts, excruciatingly.

Is TAM always so detail orientated? :)

I don't think I'm ready to post the details yet, been trying to psyche myself up
the last two weeks I just can't yet

The feeling in your stomach is probably uncertainty, mixed with a lack of resolution. Without the details it is hard to say. One would be to tackle a big project you've been putting off for a while. Something that requires your full attention. The other would be to talk it out, maybe not with your OH, but someone.
