Why do you care, if you "know" it, and it's happened before? You don't have to prove anything to anyone else.

Why put yourself through that anguish again? If you learned what she did before, and you see signs of it now, that should be plenty. It's clear that she hasn't made your relationship the priority, so you should stop doing do.
