There are so many variables. Each woman is different from another woman. Sexy could be blue jeans, T-shirt and a ponytail through the back of a baseball cap. It can be an elegant gown. The eyes are always a big factor, no doubt about that. And a nice smile goes a long way. I've dated sexy tall women, short women, big women and petite women. It's how they carry themselves, too. That's important. So is intelligent conversation. As they say, though, "one man's meat is another man's poison." Look forward to replies.

There are certainly some broad assumptions out there about what men find attractive in women. However, "Sexy" is a bit more intangible. So, what makes a woman "sexy?" How universal is this perspective?

Different things for different guys, but it seems like it mostly comes down to their attitude, whatever that may be for different men.
I know with my husband, and he's told me this many times, it's the way I "get" him. He says I get him in a way no one else ever has. He can just be himself 100% with me, no mask, no filter, just him.
And I make him laugh, apparently that's sexy too pmsl.

For me, I like the girl next door type. In that there is a realism to them. They do not provide a false self. Simple ear rings, not ears covered or metal hanging from lips or nose. Minimal make-up if any at all. NO FAKE LASHES. Prefer no mascara, natural best. I am seriously an eye man. 1st thing about my wife that caught me was her baby blues. Didn't really notice the body until 2nd time I saw her.
Fit body(healthy weight) for height. Balanced top and bottom.
Feminine submissiveness, not a combative attitude. Playful is definitely good. I like a bit of tomboy that will wrestle you or be your "partner in crime", not afraid to do things with you. My wife got into hunting, loves it and year before last, smoked me in filling freezer.

Low body count.
Not snooty or stuck up. An awesome heart. My wife was Playboy level 🔥 when I met her, I could not understand her giving this big ole country boy the time of day. She ensures me that I am the whole package and she likes the wrapping.

She treats most all people the same...... pretty, ugly, homeless, overweight, mentally ill, elderly, poor, wealthy...it is like they are just as important as the other. She has something that people are drawn to and will start pouring out their problems in life to her. It helps people but she hates hearing all the hurts, heart aches and sadness. I told her she could have made more money being a counselor. It is like these people know she is empathetic and can feel their pain so they just start pouring their hearts out to her.

Honestly, woman's personality. My wife is very beautiful. But what makes her incredibly sexy is her personality. She is very feminine, very kind, very loving. she has positive attitude towards sexuality , she is not shy about sex though not very open about her desires.
Well, almost 15 responses and not one comment on physical attributes. I don't disagree but it's like no one wants to get called out for mentioning bodies, as well as minds. 
Nothing and everything makes a woman sexy. Personality and confidence are a plus. Big, small, roamy or thin, looks fade with time, but whats in her heart is what i cherish and keeps me chasing her around the bed!

With just a first impression it is all about looks. All the right curves in all the right places and of proper proportion, long shiny/healthy hair and clear skin. If you got all that I'll likely see you as sexy right off.
I also find talented women very sexy. They could be talented in some kind of entertainment like a singer or dancer, but also other skills. I once saw a woman working with blown glass. She wasn't wearing anything remoting sexy, no makeup, and in any other circumstance I probably wouldn't have thought twice about her, but her skill was a turn on IMO.
Now deeper, what I find sexy about my wife. Of course her physical beauty struck me as sexy right off. I also find her natural mix of feminine and Tom boy very sexy. The first time we met she was wearing jean and a white t-shirt, but boy did she look good in it and she looks gorgeous in a thin summer dress. I love the summer, lol. From there it is smile, eyes and voice. I am a sucker for that smile and the way you see the smile in her eyes, throw in that voice saying anything that can be construed as sexy and I'm all over her. And of course her personality is what makes me want to stick around and just spend time with her. Her kindness and sweetness, especially with children is something I love about her as well. I see that as her talent.

Physical aspects? They certainly can attract the first consideration, but the personality is what pulls it all together.
Along with the make up styles @Divinely Favored lists, tne physical aspect important to me is the voice. I grew up around women with "full" (?) voices. No squeaky voices or Daisy Duck high pitch stuff.
